Deliveries to Non Mainland UK or restricted postcodes- Please note that we will contact you about your order as the delivery costs and times will vary depending on the type of goods ordered.

To ensure we process your order for our shortest delivery time all orders must be placed by 15:00. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. Our usual days for delivery are the working days of Monday through Friday; however, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an extra surcharge.

Delivery Charges

All our products are priced excluding any delivery charge and therefore this will be added to your order at the point of checkout. Before you put any details in you can put your postcode in the postcode checker at the checkout and it will calculate the delivery charge of your order before you go ahead. Please note however for large or bulky items we may need to contact you discuss the delivery options and pricing available.

We have a minimum delivery charge of £5.95 Inc. VAT. All delivery charges are calculated by the weight and bulk of an item and therefore the overall order.

For some areas, we may need to apply a delivery surcharge or may not be able to deliver at all depending on the product.

Day of Delivery

We may utilize national carriers to deliver our goods which means we can’t provide an exact time for delivery. Our delivery times are usually between, but not restricted to, the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. We can arrange a morning delivery for an extra surcharge. Please contact us if you need more information.

Site Access

In most cases deliveries will be made by a large vehicle or van so we need to know the delivery address is accessible. If this is likely to be a problem, please inform us at the point of ordering – we can usually find a way around the problem.

Delivery Point

Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, couriers who deliver larger items are only able to deliver items to the ‘kerbside’. It is not their responsibility to take the delivery into your home. We expect them to be helpful but it is advisable to make sure that there is adequate help to unload the delivery into your home.

If the courier is unable to make a delivery because you were not available, you will be liable for a charge for re-delivery.

We strongly advise all customers to check all goods for any damage caused during transit, prior to signing for the goods. All goods must be signed for by a person over the age of 18. If you suspect that an item may be damaged in some way look for signs of external damage to the packaging and take pictures as you unpack and inspect the goods. All goods must be checked upon arrival for defects, damage, shortages or unsuitability. Notification of any issues with your order must be given to our courier immediately.

Please do not sign for goods as received without checking for defects, damages or shortages or sign for goods as unchecked, as your signature is acceptance of the goods being received in good and serviceable condition, we cannot accept any claim for these issues after you have signed for the goods.

Planning Your Job

We strongly suggest you do not book any trade person to complete a job involving goods ordered from us, until all parts of your order have been received in good order. We cannot accept any liability for any costs incurred due to damages, defects, faults or issues with goods in transit.


We are sorry but we will not accept returns for any order items.
